1. Overview
CertPay ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Certified payroll data you enter
The App stores payroll weeks, worker classifications, rates, hours, deductions, and related notes you enter for Davis-Bacon compliance documentation.
3. Local-only storage (SwiftData)
All records are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple SwiftData. We do not run a backend service for your payroll records.
4. No external APIs
The App does not require or call external payroll APIs for core workflows. Certified payroll tracking and review are completed on-device.
5. Offline operation
The App is designed to work fully offline. Internet access is not required to create, edit, review, or export payroll records.
6. Exports and sharing
When you export summaries, sharing is initiated by you through iOS sharing options you choose.
7. Purchases
If you purchase premium features, transactions are handled by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment card details.
8. Data retention and deletion
Your records remain on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.
