1. Overview
SupportLog ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Information you enter
The App allows you to record payment entries (such as sent/received payments, missed payments, adjustments), including dates, amounts, notes, and statuses. This information is stored locally on your device.
3. Data storage
Your records are stored on-device using Apple's local storage frameworks (SwiftData). We do not operate a backend service for the App and we do not receive your entries by default.
4. Sharing and export
You can export a PDF report from the App and share it using the iOS share sheet. Exporting and sharing is initiated by you and depends on the apps and services you choose to share with.
5. Purchases
If you choose to purchase or restore in-app purchases, those transactions are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
6. Analytics and advertising
The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs. We do not use third-party analytics trackers in the App.
7. Data retention and deletion
Your records remain on your device until you delete them from within the App (for example, using the reset option) or uninstall the App.
