This policy applies specifically to Nursely. For product help or purchase questions, use Nursely Support.
1. Overview
Nursely ("the App") is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Information you enter
The App allows you to enter shift records, patient workflow notes, schedules, credential details, CE logs, and related supporting records. This information is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
3. Local-first storage
Core app data is stored on-device using Apple local storage frameworks. We do not operate a backend service for your shift records, patient workflow notes, or credential vault by default.
4. Sensitive workflow boundaries
Nursely is intended as a personal organization and handoff-support tool. It is not an electronic health record, and users remain responsible for following employer policies and applicable laws when using it.
5. Device protections and vault access
Certain records may be protected using device-level security features such as Face ID, passcode authentication, and iOS data protection. Access to the vault is controlled by your device authentication flow.
6. Notifications and reminders
If you enable reminders, the App uses iOS local notifications to alert you about shifts, tasks, or renewals. These reminders are generated on-device.
7. Purchases
If you purchase or restore optional access, transactions are processed by Apple using StoreKit. in-app purchases status and entitlement delivery may also use RevenueCat. We do not collect or store payment card details.
8. Sharing and exports
Any handoff export or share action is initiated by you through the iOS share sheet and destinations you choose.
9. Data retention and deletion
Your data remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Purchase and purchase records are retained by Apple and other purchase-processing providers under their own policies.
