These terms apply specifically to OverPay. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using OverPay ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Purpose
OverPay is a pay estimation, discrepancy review, and recordkeeping tool for workers. It does not provide payroll, legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying entered shifts, rates, paystub values, employer policies, and any assumptions used in calculations or reports.
4. Estimates and projections
Calculated earnings, discrepancy flags, and deduction projections are informational only and may not reflect every employer-specific rule, deduction, or payroll adjustment.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Purchase handling, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
