When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Complete onboarding, set your baseline, add your mask and equipment, then use the morning check-in after each CPAP night.
- Open Equipment, choose the item, and mark it replaced when you change a cushion, filter, tube, chamber, or other tracked supply.
- Open the report screen, generate the summary, then share, save, or email it using the iOS share sheet.
- Open Settings and use Restore Purchases to resync your App Store access.
