This policy applies specifically to Nimara. For product help or purchase questions, use Nimara Support.
1. Summary
Nimara is designed to keep symptom check-ins, notes, reminder settings, and optional wellness context on your device. We use Apple and RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and entitlement status. We do not sell your personal data.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use Nimara, the app may store daily symptom logs, mood, sleep and energy entries, notes, reminders, onboarding preferences, and optional cycle-related records you choose to save. This information is stored locally on your device.
3. HealthKit and notifications
If you enable optional HealthKit access, Nimara may read Apple Health data such as sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, activity, and cycle-related records where supported. If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
4. Reports and exports
Doctor-ready reports and other exports are generated on-device and shared only through destinations you explicitly choose in iOS.
5. Purchase and entitlement information
If you purchase or restore a in-app purchases, billing and receipt processing is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Data processed can include product identifiers, purchase and renewal events, entitlement status, and technical metadata required to validate purchases.
6. Local-first storage
Core Nimara records are stored on-device using Apple local persistence frameworks. We do not require a default backend account for the core Nimara experience.
7. Data retention and deletion
Your Nimara data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device. in-app purchases records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies.
