1. Service description
SalesPilot is a mobile sales workflow and CRM-assist product for lead capture, deal tracking, and optional AI-assisted briefs, extraction, and follow-up drafting. It is for business and informational use. It does not provide legal, financial, or contractual advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to use this service under the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable app store rules.
3. Purchases and billing
SalesPilot offers in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchases, through Apple. By purchasing a in-app purchases: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; the purchase access renews when applicable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel in-app purchases in Apple account settings; and any introductory access, if offered, converts to a purchase-based in-app purchases unless canceled before the trial ends. The App Store displays purchase information before confirmation.
4. Entitlements and Restore Purchases
SalesPilot uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify purchase status and deliver optional entitlements (for example SalesPilot Pro or equivalent optional purchase option features). If entitlement status appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases in the app.
5. Refunds
Purchases are billed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple refund policies and processes.
6. User responsibility and AI outputs
You are responsible for the accuracy of the lead, deal, contact, and follow-up information you store or send using the app. Generated briefs, extracted fields, and drafted follow-ups are assistive only; you must review them before relying on or sending them.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app or payment systems; use the app for unlawful purposes; or attempt to bypass in-app purchases or entitlement controls.
8. Permissions and integrations
Certain workflows may depend on optional access to contacts, camera, microphone, calendar, notifications, or configured third-party and AI services. You control whether those features are enabled.
9. Intellectual property
SalesPilot, including software, branding, and content (excluding third-party marks and content), is protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimers
SalesPilot is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-starter, or that results are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific business needs.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the app.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified by the service provider, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
