1. Acceptance
By downloading or using SalesPilot ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Purpose
SalesPilot is a mobile sales workflow and CRM-assist tool. It does not provide legal, financial, or contractual advice.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the lead, deal, contact, and follow-up information you store or send using the App.
4. AI output limitations
Generated briefs, extracted fields, and drafted follow-ups are assistive outputs only. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or sending them.
5. Permissions and integrations
Certain workflows may depend on optional access to contacts, camera, microphone, calendar, notifications, or configured AI services. You control whether those features are enabled.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
