Privacy Policy — TrueMax

This policy applies specifically to TrueMax. For product help or purchase questions, use TrueMax Support.
1. Summary
TrueMax processes deliberate face captures, derived landmarks, estimate bands, style preferences, and scan history on-device. We use Apple and RevenueCat only for in-app purchases and entitlement status. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.
2. Information We Process
The app may store locally captured JPEGs, derived facial geometry, estimate bands, style favorites, appearance settings, and age-gate state. Raw depth maps are sampled transiently and are not persisted. TrueMax has no account, sign-in, cloud photo library, or social profile.
3. Purchase and entitlement information
If you purchase or restore a in-app purchases, Apple and RevenueCat process product identifiers, purchase and renewal events, expiration or cancellation, restore events, entitlement status, and the technical identifiers needed to validate purchases. Facial captures are not sent to RevenueCat.
4. Diagnostics and security metadata
The app is designed without analytics or remote face processing. iOS may provide standard crash or device diagnostics under your Apple settings. Protected local files use complete file protection and are excluded from backup.
5. Third-Party Services
TrueMax uses Apple StoreKit/App Store for billing and RevenueCat for purchase infrastructure and entitlement management. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
6. How We Use Information
We use local data to provide capture guidance, compute cosmetic estimate bands, show your action options, compare your private history, and honor local deletion requests. Purchase data is used to enable Pro and restore access.
7. Data Sharing
Face captures, depth summaries, derived measurements, and history are not uploaded or shared. Apple and RevenueCat receive only the purchase and entitlement data required for billing and restoration, subject to their policies.
8. Data Retention
Local scan data remains on the device until you delete an individual scan, use Delete all TrueMax data, or remove the app. in-app purchases records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You can manage or cancel in-app purchases in Apple account settings, use Restore Purchases in TrueMax, change appearance settings, and delete scans or all local app data from within the app.
10. Children
TrueMax is intended for adults 18 and older. The app uses an age-gate signal where available and does not request or store a birth date. We do not knowingly provide the service to children.
11. International Users
Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase and entitlement information in countries other than your own under their published privacy policies. Face data remains local to the device.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last updated date will be revised when changes are posted.
