1. Service Description
Warrantly is a product warranty tracker for organizing purchases, receipts, warranty dates, reminders, documents, photos, notes, and exportable warranty cards.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of product records, warranty dates, receipt details, and any documents you save or share.
3. Not a Warranty Provider
Warrantly does not issue warranties, extend manufacturer coverage, provide repair services, or guarantee claim approval. Warranty decisions remain with the seller, manufacturer, insurer, or other provider.
4. Purchases and Billing
Warrantly may offer in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. in-app purchases renew automatically unless canceled in Apple account settings before renewal.
5. Entitlements and Restore Purchases
Warrantly uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify purchase status and restore optional access. If access appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases in the app settings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app or payment systems; use the app for unlawful purposes; or attempt to bypass in-app purchases or entitlement controls.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will be available in every region or device context.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
