3. Informational purpose only
SafeScan is an informational consumer product safety tool. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or prevent disease, and it does not provide medical advice.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the App, how you interpret scan results, and for consulting qualified healthcare professionals when making medical or health-related decisions.
5. Product and ingredient data
Ingredient databases, OCR extraction, classification, and generated reasoning may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should verify important safety decisions independently, especially for allergies, pregnancy, and medication interactions.

Paid plans are offered through Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, trials, and refunds are governed by Apple policies and your App Store account settings.
8. Availability and updates
We may update ingredients, product features, scoring logic, and safety explanations over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility with every device or product label format.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for health, medical, purchasing, or other outcomes resulting from reliance on App content or scan results.
