1. Overview
PitchQuote ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Proposal and customer data
PitchQuote stores proposal details, pricing, and customer/job information you enter so you can manage and share quotes.
3. Local-first storage
Data is stored on-device by default. We do not require account creation to use core quoting workflows.
4. Optional iCloud sync
If enabled, sync uses Apple iCloud services tied to your Apple ID. We do not run our own quote-storage backend for this sync path.
5. Exports and sharing
Proposal PDFs are generated on your device and only shared when you initiate a share action.
6. Purchases
If you purchase in-app products, billing is processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect payment card details.
