Privacy Policy — PitchQuote

This policy applies specifically to PitchQuote. For product help or purchase questions, use PitchQuote Support.

1. Summary

PitchQuote is designed to keep proposal, customer, and job data on your device for core use, with optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices when you enable it. We use Apple and RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and purchase entitlement status. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use PitchQuote, the app may store locally proposal and line-item details, customer and job information, tax and currency settings, template configurations, status labels, widget-related summaries, and app preferences. If you enable optional iCloud sync, compatible records may sync through Apple’s iCloud services under your Apple ID; we do not run a separate cloud quote database for that path. PDF proposals are generated on your device. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs in core workflows.

3. Purchase and entitlement information

If you purchase or restore a in-app purchases, billing and receipt processing is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Data processed can include product identifiers (for example app entitlement identifiers), purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation, and restore events, entitlement status (for example access to PitchQuote optional purchase option features), and app user identifiers and technical metadata needed to validate purchases and prevent fraud.

4. Diagnostics and security metadata

We and our service providers may process limited technical data required for reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

5. Third-Party Services

PitchQuote uses Apple App Store / StoreKit for payments and in-app purchases, and RevenueCat for purchase infrastructure and entitlement management. iCloud, if you enable it, is provided by Apple. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

6. How We Use Information

We use data to provide app functionality, verify purchase entitlement and restore purchases, improve reliability and security, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Sharing

We share data only as needed with processors and platforms that enable the app to function (for example Apple and RevenueCat), legal compliance, and security operations. We do not sell personal information.

8. Exports and sharing

Proposal PDFs and exports are created on your device and are only sent when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet or another explicit action.

9. Data Retention

On-device proposal data remains on your device unless you delete it. iCloud data follows Apple’s sync and retention settings for your account. in-app purchases records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their own retention policies.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can cancel or manage in-app purchases in Apple account settings, use Restore Purchases in PitchQuote to re-sync entitlements, control iCloud sync in app settings, delete data from within the app where provided, and contact us for privacy requests.

11. Children

PitchQuote is a business tool for contractors and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

12. International Users

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last updated date will be revised when changes are posted.
