When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- From the Home screen, tap the nap action, choose your start and end time, then save the entry to generate the summary.
- Open Settings in Drift to adjust ambient sounds, wake windows, alarm timing, and notification preferences.
- Open Settings, then use Restore Purchases or Subscription Options to re-sync access and view available plans.
- Open Settings and use the Data section to export Drift records or remove them from your device.
