When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- In the app, open Settings and tap "Restore Access". If optional access still does not return, email support.
- Open the Vault tab and use Face ID or device authentication when prompted. If the prompt was dismissed, try again from the Vault screen.
- From the SBAR tab, open the active handoff and use the share action to send the prepared handoff summary.
- Nursely data is stored on your device. You can remove records from within the app, or uninstall the app to remove local data from the device.
- Email us from the app support screen or from this support page.
