These terms apply specifically to LiftIQ. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using LiftIQ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

LiftIQ is a fitness tracking tool that uses on-device camera and pose analysis to count repetitions, provide supported form cues, and organize local workout history.

3. Fitness and Medical Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or a professional assessment of your ability to exercise. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, health condition, pain, dizziness, or other concern.

4. Automated Analysis Limitations

Rep counts, pose estimates, form cues, scores, and movement classifications are automated estimates. Results can be affected by camera placement, lighting, clothing, occlusion, device performance, movement variation, and other conditions. Do not rely on the App as a guarantee of correct technique or injury prevention.

5. Safe Use and User Responsibility

You are responsible for choosing appropriate exercises, using safe equipment and surroundings, securing your iPhone, maintaining adequate space, and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unsafe conditions. Follow qualified professional guidance where appropriate.

6. Local Data and Device Access

Core workout records are stored locally. You are responsible for device access, backups, and any loss of data caused by device failure, deletion, or uninstalling the App.

7. Purchases, Trials, and Billing

LiftIQ offers once-per-month and once-per-year auto-renewing access through Apple In-App Purchase. Eligible new customers may receive 3 days of introductory access with the once-per-year option. The App Store shows the applicable product, localized price, billing period, introductory-offer eligibility, and exact terms before confirmation. Payment is charged by Apple. Unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends, that access may renew under the terms displayed by Apple. Apple controls billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests.

8. Entitlements and Restore Purchases

The App uses Apple systems and RevenueCat to deliver and verify purchase entitlements. If access appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases. We do not guarantee that a particular introductory offer is available because eligibility is determined by Apple.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, abuse, or attempt to bypass the App, camera-analysis systems, purchase flow, or entitlement controls, except where applicable law expressly permits.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, software, interface, exercise guidance, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party technology and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or environment, or continued support for every exercise.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or injury arising from use of or reliance on the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Termination

We may restrict access where required by law, App Store policy, security concerns, material violation of these Terms, or abuse of purchase systems. You may stop using the App at any time and manage purchases through Apple.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The Last updated date will change when revisions are posted. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
