This policy applies specifically to DOT Ready. For product help or purchase questions, use DOT Ready Support.
1. Overview
DOT Ready ("the App") is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Compliance records you enter
The App stores records such as CDL expiration dates, DOT medical dates, endorsements, inspection notes, and attached document images.
3. Sensitive document handling
Document photos and notes are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.
4. Local reminders
Reminder notifications are scheduled on-device based on dates you enter. We do not need a backend to trigger core reminders.
5. Local-first architecture
Data is stored on-device using Apple local persistence frameworks. Optional sync, if enabled, is controlled by device settings.
6. Purchases
Purchases and in-app purchases transactions are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not collect payment card details.
7. Deletion
You can delete driver records and documents in-app. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from the device.
