1. Service description
AirLog is a CPAP tracking and reporting app for personal check-ins, equipment records, journal notes, mask comparisons, reminders, and shareable summaries.
2. No medical advice
AirLog does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, adjust therapy settings, or replace a qualified sleep clinician. Information in the app is for personal tracking and appointment preparation only.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for how you use or share reports, notes, reminders, and summaries.
4. Clinician guidance
Always follow your prescribed therapy and consult a qualified clinician before changing pressure settings, mask strategy, medical care, or treatment decisions.
5. Optional permissions and imports
Health, notification, and sharing permissions are optional. If you enable them, you remain responsible for reviewing the permissions and confirming the information is appropriate for your use.
6. Purchases and billing
App access may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Purchase handling, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Exports and reports
If AirLog creates a report, PDF, or shareable summary, you are responsible for reviewing it before sharing and for choosing appropriate destinations.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with payment infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted components, or use AirLog for unlawful activity.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature, import, reminder, or report output.
10. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its records.
