1. Acceptance
By downloading or using COIShield, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Purpose and limits
COIShield provides certificate tracking and documentation workflows. It does not provide legal, insurance, or regulatory advice.
4. No compliance guarantee
Use of the App does not guarantee policy sufficiency, regulatory compliance, or coverage outcomes for any project or vendor.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying requirements, endorsements, and policy details with brokers, carriers, legal counsel, or contracting parties.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Billing and refund terms follow Apple policies.
7. Availability
We may update or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
