1. Acceptance
By downloading or using SOAP Notes ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us").
3. Purpose
SOAP Notes is a clinical documentation drafting and export tool. It is not an EHR, billing platform, diagnostic engine, or substitute for professional medical judgment.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and appropriately using any note content before it is placed into a chart, shared, or relied upon in clinical work.
5. Privacy posture
Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how information is handled.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit, with entitlement verification handled through Apple systems and RevenueCat. Purchase handling, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify features or update the App over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
