When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open the Home tab, tap the round logging action, enter a summary or hole-by-hole details, review the totals, and save the round.
- Tap the microphone in the round logging flow, speak a round summary or note, review the parsed fields, then confirm before saving.
- Save a round with enough detail for Birdie AI to identify your top scoring leak, then open the practice options from the round result or coach area.
- Open Settings and use Restore Purchases to resync your App Store access. If access still looks wrong, contact support with your App Store purchase details.
- Birdie AI data is designed to live on your device. You can remove app data from the app where available or by uninstalling the app from the device.
