When a signature is finalized, the record is marked locked. Further edits are handled through amendment records.

Can I capture T&M entries offline?

Yes. ChangeFlow supports offline T&M logging with local persistence until export or sync actions.

Open Reports, choose the project and date range, then generate a package with change orders, events, and attachments.

Use the amendment workflow so the original record and status history remain visible.
