1. Overview

OverPay ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how job, shift, and pay-audit information is handled when you use the App.

2. Shift and pay data

The App allows you to store job details, logged shifts, break records, pay period data, rule profiles, and variance records. This information is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

3. Paystub scanning

If you choose to scan a paystub, text extraction is performed on-device using Apple frameworks. We do not send your paystub image to our own servers for OCR processing.

4. Exports and evidence packages

Reports, PDFs, CSV files, and any evidence-package output are generated for your use and are only shared when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet or another explicit export action.

5. Purchases

If you purchase or restore in-app products, transactions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment card details.
