When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open the vault, tap Add Product, then enter the product name, purchase date, warranty duration, store, and any optional serial or model details.
- Warrantly can schedule local reminders before an expiry date. Notification permission is required for reminder alerts.
- Open a product record and use the document tools to attach receipt images, product photos, PDFs, or related files.
- Open Settings and use Restore Purchases. If access still does not update, contact support with your App Store purchase details.
