Open Settings in SOAP Notes and use the manage or restore flow. If access still looks wrong, contact support with your App Store purchase details.
SOAP Notes includes a delete-data action inside Settings that removes notes and exports stored by the app on your device.
No. The product is designed as a local-first documentation workflow. Core note content is stored on-device, with optional Apple-managed sync paths only when enabled.
No. The app only offers section dictation when on-device speech recognition is available.
