1. Overview
COIShield ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Vendor and certificate records
The App stores vendor identities, certificate metadata, coverage limits, expiration dates, and compliance flags you create or confirm.
3. Uploaded documents
Certificate files and related attachments are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.
4. On-device compliance checks
Requirement matching and flag generation are computed on-device based on configured rules and entered certificate values.
5. Reminder scheduling
Expiration reminders are scheduled locally on-device according to configured windows.
6. Local-first storage
Core records use Apple local persistence frameworks. We do not require a backend for baseline certificate tracking workflows.
7. Purchases
Premium purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not store payment card data.
