By downloading or using SupportLog ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us").
3. Personal record-keeping
SupportLog is intended for personal record-keeping and organization. The App does not provide legal advice, and use of the App does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use any exported reports. You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, renewal, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies and your App Store settings.
6. Availability and changes
We may update the App from time to time and may modify or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
