Last updated: 2026-04-25

1. Service Description

SupportLog is a personal record-keeping and organization app for payment logs, missed payments, and related records, including PDF export. SupportLog is for personal use. It does not provide legal advice, and use of the app does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to use this service under the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable app store rules.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

SupportLog offers in-app purchases and may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases. By purchasing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal charges can occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel in Apple account settings; and any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Pricing may vary by region, currency, and promotional terms shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

4. Entitlements and Restore Purchases

SupportLog uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify purchase status and deliver premium entitlements. If access appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases in the app.

5. Refunds

Purchases are billed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple refund policies and processes.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use any exported reports. You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app or payment systems; use the app for unlawful purposes; or attempt to bypass purchase or entitlement controls.

8. Intellectual Property

SupportLog, including software, branding, and content (excluding third-party marks and content), is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

SupportLog is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified by the service provider, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.

14. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how information is handled.
