1. Service Description
SupportLog is a personal record-keeping and organization app for payment logs, missed payments, and related records, including PDF export. SupportLog is for personal use. It does not provide legal advice, and use of the app does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to use this service under the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable app store rules.
3. Purchases and Billing
SupportLog offers in-app purchases and may offer in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchases. By purchasing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; in-app purchases automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal charges can occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel in Apple account settings; and any introductory access, if offered, converts to a purchase-based in-app purchases unless canceled before the trial ends. The App Store displays purchase information before confirmation.
4. Entitlements and Restore Purchases
SupportLog uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify purchase status and deliver optional entitlements. If access appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases in the app.
5. Refunds
Purchases are billed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple refund policies and processes.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use any exported reports. You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app or payment systems; use the app for unlawful purposes; or attempt to bypass purchase or entitlement controls.
8. Intellectual Property
SupportLog, including software, branding, and content (excluding third-party marks and content), is protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimers
SupportLog is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-starter.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified by the service provider, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
