When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- From Home or Accounts, use the Save Snapshot action to lock in the current balances and add an optional note.
- Open History, select the snapshot you want, then use the edit actions to refine the date, balances, or note for that entry.
- Open Settings in Ledger and use Restore Purchases or Manage in-app purchases to resync optional access with your Apple ID.
- Open Settings and use Reset All Data to clear local records, or Load Demo Data if you want a prepared sample ledger for screenshots and previews.
