These terms apply specifically to Nursely. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Nursely ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Operator

The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us").

3. Intended use

Nursely is a personal workflow and organization tool for nurses. It supports shift tracking, handoff preparation, schedule planning, and credential organization. It does not provide medical, legal, regulatory, or employment advice.

4. Not an EHR or clinical record system

Nursely does not replace employer documentation systems, official patient records, or required charting workflows. You remain responsible for compliance with employer policies, privacy rules, and applicable law.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for maintaining appropriate control of your device, and for how shared or exported information is used.

6. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Purchase handling, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.

7. Availability and changes

We may update the App, change features, or modify availability over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass purchase controls, or use the App in a way that violates law, employer policy, or patient privacy requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on the App in place of required official systems.
