1. Acceptance
By downloading or using DotReady, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Purpose and limits
DotReady is a compliance tracking and documentation tool. It does not provide legal or regulatory advice and does not guarantee DOT compliance outcomes.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate records and verifying requirements with FMCSA, state agencies, employers, or legal advisors as applicable.
5. Document use
Stored documents are for organization and display. You are responsible for ensuring documents presented to officers or auditors are current and valid.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Billing and refund terms are governed by Apple policies.
7. Availability
We may modify app features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
