When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Email us from the app settings screen or from this support page.
- In the app settings, tap "Restore Purchases". If it still does not enable, contact support and include your App Store purchase screenshot.
- You can delete data from the app settings. Uninstalling the app also removes locally stored data from your device.
- Yes. Core workflows are designed to work on-device without requiring a continuous internet connection.
