These terms apply specifically to SkinIQ. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using SkinIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Purpose and limits
SkinIQ is a personal skin tracking, routine logging, and progress review tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or individualized medical advice.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for your entries, photos, routine decisions, exports, and any actions you take based on app content. Consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns.
4. Health and ingredient context
Ingredient notes, purge context, Health signals, and insights are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate for your circumstances.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit, with entitlement verification handled through Apple systems and RevenueCat. Purchase handling, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
6. Data and exports
You control local records and exported files. You are responsible for where exported images, reports, or notes are stored after they leave the App.
7. Availability and changes
We may update routines, insight logic, export formats, and app features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its outputs.
