When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- In the app, open Settings (or Summary) and choose "Export Court‑Ready PDF". Then share or save the file using the iOS share sheet.
- If you logged an entry incorrectly, file a correction: the original entry is voided and a new linked record is created.
- In the app, go to Settings → Legal & Support → "Restore Purchases". If it still doesn't unlock, email us and include a screenshot of the paywall screen.
- You can delete all entries from within the app using Settings → Reset All Data. You can also uninstall the app to remove locally stored data from the device.
