This policy applies specifically to HaulLog. For product help or purchase questions, use HaulLog Support.
1. Overview
HaulLog ("the App") is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Trip and location records
The App stores trip dates, route points, jurisdiction mileage splits, and user-entered notes to produce mileage logs. This information is stored locally on your device.
3. Fuel receipt data
When you capture fuel receipts, the App stores receipt images and extracted fields such as vendor, gallons, and totals. OCR processing is performed on-device where available.
4. Local-first storage
Records are stored on-device using Apple local persistence frameworks. We do not operate a required backend for your trip journal.
5. Exports and sharing
Report exports are generated on-device and shared only through destinations you choose via the iOS share sheet.
6. Purchases
If you purchase optional features, transactions are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not collect payment card details.
7. Retention and deletion
Your logs remain on your device until you delete them from the app or uninstall the app.
