Common questions
- Open the app settings or profile section to edit allergies, skin type, life stage, medications, and other safety preferences at any time.
- SafeScan is designed to offer optional read-only HealthKit import for allergy records and medications where supported, with explicit user permission.
- If a product barcode is not found locally, SafeScan can fall back to scanning the printed ingredient label so analysis still works on-device.
- Yes. Saved products and scan results can be deleted from the app, and removing the app also removes locally stored data from your device.
