When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open the Track tab, choose the symptom and wellbeing fields you want to record, then save the entry to add it to your history.
- Open reports from the app and export a selected 30, 60, or 90-day range using the iOS share sheet.
- Open Settings and use Restore Purchases or purchase options. If access still does not update, contact support with your App Store purchase details.
- Yes. Check-ins, history, and local reports are designed to work on-device even when you are offline.
