When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Insert your SD card using a compatible reader, open the Files app, and use the Import flow inside CPAP Insight to select your CPAP data folder.
- Go to Settings in CPAP Insight and tap Connect myAir. You will be prompted to sign in with your ResMed credentials so the app can pull session records.
- Open the Reports tab, choose a date range, and tap Generate Summary. The report can be exported as a PDF via the iOS share sheet.
- AHI stands for Apnea-Hypopnea Index — the average number of breathing interruptions per hour of sleep. Your sleep specialist can advise on what range is appropriate for your therapy.
