1. Service description
Birdie AI is a golf round logging, stats, coaching insight, and practice planning app for personal improvement.
2. No professional advice
Birdie AI does not provide medical advice, professional swing instruction, guaranteed performance outcomes, tournament rules advice, or a substitute for qualified in-person coaching.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of scores, course names, notes, practice records, and any information you enter or share through the App.
4. Voice and speech features
Voice import and speech recognition are provided to make logging easier. You should review parsed transcripts and fields before saving because speech recognition can be incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Purchases and restore
Optional app access may be offered through Apple in-app purchases, with entitlement verification handled by Apple systems and RevenueCat. Purchase handling, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with payment infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted components, or use Birdie AI for unlawful activity.
7. Third-party services
Birdie AI may rely on Apple platform services and RevenueCat for purchase verification. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature.
9. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
