1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Payday ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us").
3. Purpose and limits
Payday is a paycheck planning and budgeting workflow tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, credit, investment, or accounting advice.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying the amounts, due dates, assumptions, and planning decisions entered into the App before relying on them.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Use of the App does not guarantee savings outcomes, debt reduction results, bill payment success, or broader financial performance.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are billed by Apple. RevenueCat may be used to verify purchase status and deliver optional entitlements. Purchase handling, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
7. Availability and updates
We may update the App and modify features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from budgeting assumptions, missing entries, or export errors.
