1. Overview
SalesPilot ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how contact, deal, and activity information is handled when you use the App.
2. Contact and deal records
The App allows you to store contact details, deal records, notes, sessions, reminders, and exports. This information is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly share it.
3. AI-assisted features
If you choose to use AI-assisted workflows such as field extraction, business-card parsing, generated briefs, or follow-up drafting, the text or image content needed for that request may be transmitted to the configured AI service so the result can be generated. These workflows may be unavailable when offline.
4. Permissions
Contacts, camera, microphone, calendar, and notifications are optional and requested only when you choose a workflow that needs them.
5. Exports and sharing
Any PDF, CSV, link, or other exported output is created at your request and is only shared when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet or another explicit action.
6. Purchases
If you purchase or restore in-app products, transactions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment card details.
