This policy applies specifically to Sales Pilot. For product help or purchase questions, use Sales Pilot Support.
1. Summary
SalesPilot is designed to keep contact, deal, and sales workflow data on your device by default, with optional network-backed use when you use AI-assisted capture, briefs, or follow-up drafting. We use Apple and RevenueCat to process in-app in-app purchases and entitlement status. We do not sell your personal data.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use SalesPilot, the app may store locally contact details, deal records, notes, voice transcripts, business-card or scan-derived fields, meeting briefs, follow-up drafts, reminders, and app preferences. If you choose AI-assisted workflows (such as field extraction, business-card parsing, generated briefs, or follow-up drafting), the text or image content required for that request may be sent to a configured third-party service so a result can be returned; these workflows may be unavailable when offline.
3. Purchase and entitlement information
If you purchase or restore a in-app purchases, billing and receipt processing is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Data processed can include product identifiers (for example app entitlement identifiers), purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation, and restore events, entitlement status (for example access to SalesPilot Pro or equivalent optional purchase option features), and app user identifiers and technical metadata needed to validate purchases and prevent fraud.

6. How we use information
We use data to provide app functionality, verify purchase entitlement and restore purchases, improve reliability and security, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Data sharing
We share data only as needed with processors and platforms that enable the app to function (for example Apple and RevenueCat), and with any AI or integration services you opt into, plus legal compliance and security operations. We do not sell personal information.
