1. De-identified-first workflow
SOAP Notes is designed for case labels, visit types, and note sections rather than full patient demographic records. The app is not intended to serve as a complete medical chart.
2. Local-first storage
Core note content, exports, and app settings are stored on your device using Apple local storage frameworks. We do not operate a backend account system for your notes in v1.
3. Purchases
If you purchase or restore a in-app purchases, Apple and RevenueCat process purchase state and entitlement verification. We do not collect payment card data directly.
4. Sharing and exports
Plain-text and PDF note exports are created only when you explicitly initiate them. Any share destination is chosen by you through the iOS share sheet.
5. Optional Apple platform services
If you enable Apple-managed sync or device features such as speech recognition permissions, those interactions are handled through Apple system frameworks and permissions.
