1. Acceptance
By downloading or using StatScore ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us").
3. Intended use
StatScore is a clinical reference and calculation support tool. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, employer policy, institutional protocol, medical advice, or official patient documentation systems.
4. Not an EHR or medical device
StatScore does not replace an electronic health record, order-entry system, or formal medical device workflow. You remain responsible for verifying clinical decisions and documenting care in official systems.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the App, for verifying the appropriateness of any output in clinical context, and for complying with workplace, legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Purchase handling, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
7. Availability and changes
We may update the App, modify score coverage, or adjust features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on the App in place of clinical judgment or required official systems.
