When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open Timeline or Home, tap the add button, then enter the paycheck amount, expected date, and source details.
- Open Settings or the options screen, choose Export, then generate a PDF for one paycheck or a CSV for multiple paychecks.
- Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. If access still does not refresh, contact support with your App Store purchase details.
- Yes. Payday includes dedicated management screens for recurring bills, default paycheck settings, and paycheck sources.
