By downloading or using ChangeFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Purpose and limits
ChangeFlow is a project documentation and workflow tool. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee legal enforceability of records.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for record accuracy, contractual interpretation, and ensuring your exported documents meet project requirements.
5. Signature usage
Signature capture supports workflow documentation. You are responsible for confirming signatory identity and legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple via StoreKit. Billing and refunds follow Apple policies.
7. Availability
We may change or discontinue features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
