When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open Settings → Permissions and allow Photos access. For best results, allow access to your Screenshots album.
- iOS may require a user action to read the clipboard. Use the in-app “Paste” action or enable clipboard capture if available in Settings.
- In the app, open Settings → Purchases → “Restore Purchases”. If it still doesn’t unlock, email support.
- In the app, open Settings → Data → “Delete All Indexed Content”. You can also uninstall the app to remove locally stored data.
- Email us from the app Settings screen or from this support page.
