When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.

Common questions

Email support@anchor.app from the app settings screen or from this support page.
Open More in Anchor, tap Restore purchases, and the app will re-check your Apple purchase entitlement through RevenueCat.
Use Anchor settings to delete local recovery data, or uninstall the app to remove app data stored on the device.
Core tracking, journaling, intervention, crisis-resource, and export workflows are designed to work locally. Internet access may be needed for purchase restore or external links.
HealthKit access is optional and read-only. If you grant it, Anchor can use sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and activity context to support your local wellness score.
