When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open the options or account area in the app and use Restore Purchases. If access still looks wrong, email support with your App Store purchase details.
- Role selection happens during setup. Client and family experiences are companion views, while the full practice workspace is designed for nurses.
- Open Clients, tap the add action, and enter the client profile, condition context, emergency contact, visit frequency, and first visit details.
- Use the billing workflow from the practice tools area or close out a visit after documentation. The invoice stays connected to the client record.
