When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- From the Credentials tab, tap the + button. Select the credential type, fill in the details, and save.
- MedCertify sends local notifications at 6, 3, 2, and 1 month(s) before expiration, plus 2 weeks, 1 week, 3 days, and 1 day before.
- In Settings, tap "Restore Purchases" under the Subscription section. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with a screenshot.
- You can delete individual credentials by swiping left, or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.
