These terms apply specifically to Sparky. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Sparky, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Purpose
Sparky is an electrical calculation, reference, and field documentation aid. It does not replace the NEC, local code, manufacturer instructions, licensed professional judgment, or job-specific verification.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying all inputs, results, reference citations, panel records, exported reports, and field decisions before relying on them.
4. Reference limits
Bundled starter reference material is provided for convenience and must be verified against official NEC and manufacturer sources before field reliance.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit, with entitlement verification handled through Apple systems and RevenueCat. Purchase handling, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
6. Data and exports
You control local records and exported files. You are responsible for where exported PDFs, notes, or photos are stored after they leave the App.
7. Availability and changes
We may update calculators, reference data, export formats, and app features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its outputs.
