1. Overview
PulseCheck ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how shift logs, pay settings, and related information are handled when you use the App.
2. Local-first storage
Shift records, job profiles, differential settings, pay-period history, and notes are stored locally on your device in v1. The product is designed without mandatory backend storage or account creation.
3. No employer integrations
PulseCheck does not connect to hospital payroll systems, scheduling systems, or HR platforms in v1. Information is entered manually by the user.
4. Offline-first operation
Core features are intended to work offline. We do not require a persistent connection to use shift logging, pay estimation, or history review.
5. No third-party analytics SDKs
The PRD specifies a privacy-first approach with no third-party SDKs in v1. Product analytics are limited to Apple-provided platform tools where applicable.
6. Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment card information.
7. Data deletion
Your data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device.
