Privacy Policy — NurseLink

This policy applies specifically to NurseLink. For product help or purchase questions, use NurseLink Support.

1. Overview

NurseLink ("the App") is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

2. Information you enter

The App allows nurses to enter nurse profile details, client records, visit notes, vitals, care options, credentials, messages, invoices, travel assignments, and related practice records. Clients and family members may see limited companion views based on role and consent.

3. Sensitive records

NurseLink is designed for private practice organization. Users remain responsible for entering only appropriate information, controlling device access, and following applicable professional, privacy, employer, and client-consent requirements.

4. Device and account storage

App records are stored using platform storage and sync features available to the user. Some information may remain on-device, while shared records may use account infrastructure when enabled by the app and device settings.

5. Permissions

The App may request permissions such as notifications, calendar access, camera access, speech input, location for directions or safety workflows, and health data access when you use related features. Permissions can be managed in device settings.

6. Purchases

If you purchase or restore access, payment and in-app purchases handling are processed through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment card details.

7. Sharing and exports

Visit summaries, credential packets, PDFs, messages, or other exports are created only through workflows you initiate. Any share destination is selected by you through system sharing controls or the app workflow.

8. Data retention and deletion

Records remain available until deleted in the App, removed from the device, or otherwise cleared through the relevant account or device settings. Purchase records are retained by the App Store under its policies.

9. No sale of personal data

We do not sell personal data from NurseLink. We use information only to provide the app experience, support purchases, maintain reliability, and respond to support requests.
