When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open onboarding or Settings and allow Apple Health access for glucose data. If your CGM app already writes to HealthKit, GlucoseLens can import it from there.
- Insights improve after the app has enough glucose history and post-meal context to compare readings over time.
- Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If access still does not unlock, contact support with your App Store purchase details.
- Previously imported readings, meal logs, and stored insights remain available locally, though new HealthKit data depends on what is available on-device.
