When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.

Common questions

Open onboarding or Settings and allow Apple Health access for glucose data. If your CGM app already writes to HealthKit, GlucoseLens can import it from there.
Insights improve after the app has enough glucose history and post-meal context to compare readings over time.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If access still does not unlock, contact support with your App Store purchase details.
Previously imported readings, meal logs, and stored insights remain available locally, though new HealthKit data depends on what is available on-device.
